About the role

Immunocure is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join its clinical team in Karachi. The role involves collecting blood samples safely and efficiently while providing compassionate care to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and skin puncture procedures to obtain blood specimens.
• Accurately identify, label, and record each specimen.
• Process and handle specimens according to established laboratory guidelines.
• Maintain a sterile work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Explain procedures to patients, offering support and comfort.
• Dispose of medical waste properly and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and specimen management.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related clinical role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high‑quality care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site clinical setting.
