Phone Banking Officer

About the role
The Phone Banking Officer will serve as the primary voice of ASA Microfinance Bank, handling inbound and outbound calls in line with regulatory standards and bank policies. This role ensures prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries and supports the bank’s commitment to high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls following regulatory guidelines and bank policy.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and share reports with the line manager.
- Escalate customer complaints to the Complaint Resolution Officer for immediate action.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and submit data accurately.
- Execute outbound call campaigns according to provided guidelines.
- Follow up on customer calls as directed by the line manager.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- Minimum graduate education (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BBA or higher).
- 1‑2 years of experience in a bank call centre environment.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
