Planning & Forecasting Lead

We are looking for a Planning & Forecasting Lead with strong stakeholder‑management skills and finance acumen to lead the full monthly and annual planning and forecasting cycle for multiple markets within the Planning & Forecasting Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&F promise across markets, ensuring reliable forecasts that support market guidance and resource allocation.
• Lead reporting activities, including P&L, flash sales performance commentaries and price‑volume analysis, and explain variances to plan, prior year and forecast.
• Drive the market forecast update, incorporate new product launches, challenge and consolidate risks and opportunities, and present results at management reviews.
• Manage the annual planning process, set the calendar, secure submissions and obtain sign‑offs.
• Prioritise and resolve ad‑hoc business requests, escalating trade‑offs when capacity is constrained.
• Coach and develop Planning & Forecasting analysts, building modelling and analytical capability across the team.

Required profile

• Experience running a full planning and forecasting cycle across multiple markets or a strategically important market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, concise commentary for senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience coaching or developing others.
• Understanding of digital, AI, automation and financial systems and processes.
• University degree in Finance or Business (or equivalent) and ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
• Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience.
