POS Sales Closer / Lead Generation Executive

About the role

Core Tech Digitals is expanding its US-based POS campaign and is hiring two positions in Karachi: POS Sales Closers and POS Lead Generation Executives. The work is onsite in Bahadurabad, on a night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Present POS solutions and close sales, building strong customer relationships and negotiating confidently while overcoming objections.
• Research and identify potential prospects, then generate and qualify leads for the US-based POS market using effective prospecting strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and lead generation targets consistently.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of relevant POS sales or lead generation experience.
• Previous experience in US-based POS campaigns is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal abilities, with a professional, proactive and target-oriented mindset.
