Power Platform Lead

About the role

BGBx is seeking a Power Platform Lead to shape and execute its automation strategy across the organization. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform, driving scalable low‑code solutions that improve efficiency and support digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Power Platform roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade automation using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver automation opportunities across Finance, HR, Project Management, Operations and other functions.
• Establish governance standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices for enterprise automation.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight for all Power Platform initiatives.
• Architect event‑driven workflows that integrate with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, OpenAir and other enterprise applications.
• Mentor and manage Power Platform resources, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, IT and Operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Power Platform or low‑code automation initiatives in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations for automation.
• Background in the pharmaceutical, life‑science or healthcare sector is a plus.
