PR Manager – Pakistan

About the role

Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem, is looking for an experienced PR Manager to lead public relations and communications activities in Pakistan. The role will focus on strengthening Binance’s reputation, visibility and positioning within the Pakistani market through strategic media relations and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the PR and communications strategy for Pakistan aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities and manage communications projects from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters and other media stakeholders across Pakistan.
• Draft and review press releases, media statements, talking points, Q&As and executive briefing materials.
• Collaborate with the wider MENA Communications team on regional campaigns, announcements and media outreach.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or media relations.
• Strong professional network with journalists and media organisations in Pakistan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage senior‑executive media engagements and handle crisis communications.

Required skills

• Strong writing and editing capabilities for press releases, statements and executive briefs.
• Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
