About the role
The Pre Sales Solution Architect will drive business growth by providing technical expertise, designing customized solutions, and understanding client challenges. This role bridges sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposals meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and create tailored technical proposals.
- Design and present technical solutions that address client requirements.
- Work closely with delivery teams to devise optimal implementations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
- Provide consultation throughout the solution acceptance process.
- Define technical requirements and assist in project planning to meet time and budget constraints.
- Select appropriate tools and technologies for each engagement.
- Coordinate with product management and engineering to develop proofs‑of‑concept and prototypes.
- Feed market and customer insights back to engineering for roadmap decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Quality Assurance domain, preferably in a pre‑sales or solution‑building role.
- Strong analytical and technical writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
