Presales Director - Enterprise Technology

About the role

Centric, a marketing and technology company building enterprise data platforms, intranets, master data systems and AI agents for clients in the US and the Middle East, is hiring a Presales Director. Reporting to the CEO, the role leads the technical and solution side of major enterprise deals, from discovery to signed contract, and leads a team of solution consultants and architects in Karachi. The position is fully onsite in the Karachi office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical and solution side of major pursuits, from first discovery call to signed contract, and own the win rate
• Sit with C-suite and IT leaders, map their processes, data and pain points and turn ambiguity into a scoped, defensible solution
• Design proposals across Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI and Copilot that delivery teams can build on time and on budget
• Build working prototypes, demos and proofs of concept using AI agents, agentic loops and automation tools
• Lead RFP, RFQ and tender responses end to end: solution design, effort estimates, pricing inputs, risk and compliance
• Deliver demos and executive presentations to US and GCC clients, in person and over video, often across time zones
• Create reusable solution blueprints, demo environments, proposal libraries and AI workflows
• Hire, coach and lead solution consultants and architects in Karachi, and hand over clean scopes to delivery while feeding lessons back into presales

Required profile

• 10+ years in presales, solution architecture or technical consulting for enterprise technology
• Enterprise experience selling to and designing for large organizations with complex stakeholders, procurement and security reviews
• Large-scale projects: multi-month, multi-team programs with defined scope and size
• Flawless spoken and written English; impeccable communication is non-negotiable
• AI-native: uses AI tools daily, builds agents and automates work with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, Cursor or n8n
• If based in Pakistan, a career primarily in Pakistan must include meaningful tenure at a leading software house, Big Four consultancy or major Microsoft partner

Required skills

• Microsoft ecosystem: Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics or the Microsoft data stack
• Preferred: Microsoft Fabric, business process automation to agentic workflows, and master data management (Pimcore, Profisee, Informatica, SAP MDG)
