Price Manager

About the role

Ericsson is looking for an experienced Price Manager in Pakistan to partner with sales, domain and commercial teams. You will ensure profitable growth, optimise commercial value and align local priorities with global strategy. As part of the Customer Unit you will shape pricing strategies, collaborative business proposals and key initiatives that strengthen Ericsson’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead pricing strategies for hardware, software and services.
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
• Create and own business cases, collaborating with sales, domain and commercial stakeholders.
• Initiate and lead pricing approval processes in line with global standards.
• Provide advice on terms, cash‑flow, profitability and risk assessments.
• Own customer price sheets, discounts and incentive structures.
• Contribute to pricing‑excellence initiatives focused on analytics, automation and digitalisation.

Required profile

• A degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in telecom, IT, networks or digital services.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistani telecom market and its stakeholders.
• Solid financial acumen and proven business‑case development skills.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in direct customer negotiations, stakeholder management and commercial operations.
• Fluency in English.
