About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives for assigned subjects and grade levels.
• Manage classroom environments to promote inclusive, respectful, and focused learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, monitor student progress, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding academic and behavioral performance.
• Apply behavioral management strategies to encourage positive student engagement.
• Prepare educational materials and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
