Principal AI Process Orchestrator

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a Principal AI Process Orchestrator to lead AI‑driven workflow redesign for enterprise clients. You will own end‑to‑end engagements, earn executive trust quickly, and deliver measurable automation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from initial audit through production, acting as the primary contact for CEOs and COOs.
• Map client workflows, identify 5‑10 high‑impact opportunities, and design AI‑human handoff models.
• Direct Associate Orchestrators, scope work, and ship the first automation within 60 days.
• Grow engagements by recommending Build pods, Rescue, or ongoing Support resources.
• Report quantitative impact such as hours saved, error reduction, and throughput gains.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep AI‑native experience: built and deployed real agents, daily use of Claude Code, and strong opinions on tooling.
• Portfolio‑first hiring: demonstrable GitHub repos, side projects, and public writing.
• Executive poise and business‑native English for stakeholder workshops with senior leaders.
• Curious, self‑driven learner who explores new tools weekly.
