Principal Architect

About the role

LN Technologies seeks a Principal Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven, IoT, mobile, and cloud solutions. You will define end‑to‑end architectures, ensure security and compliance, and guide engineering teams through complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI, IoT, mobile, data platforms and cloud‑native systems, producing diagrams, data models, API specs and infrastructure plans.
• Provide technical leadership and act as solution owner, collaborating with product managers to break down requirements, estimate effort and steer sprint planning.
• Establish security and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST) and enforce DevSecOps best practices.
• Oversee AI model governance, system integration and micro‑services implementation.
• Partner with research teams to translate concepts into technical designs and prototype rapid proofs‑of‑concept.
• Manage and mentor the architecture and engineering team, allocate resources and conduct performance reviews.
• Present technical solutions to clients, government partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading architecture and technical teams on large‑scale enterprise projects.
• Strong background in designing scalable cloud‑native, micro‑services and API‑first solutions.
• Experience with AI, IoT and data platform architectures.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and NIST.
• Ability to translate research concepts into production‑ready designs.
