Principal Graphic Designer

About the role

As a Principal Graphic Designer in CureMD’s Marketing Department, you will be the creative authority for visual communication across the company. You will partner with Design, Business Development, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to shape high‑impact visual assets that reinforce the brand and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction, concepting and execution of digital and print assets such as social media campaigns, websites, presentations, sales collateral, proposals, reports, event branding and marketing campaigns.
• Define and maintain CureMD’s visual identity and design standards for all internal and external communications.
• Translate complex business and technical concepts into visual stories using illustration, typography, animation and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Present design concepts, rationale and project direction to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop sketches, storyboards, booth designs, motion graphics and multimedia assets for product launches and corporate events.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create cohesive visual strategies that support marketing, employer branding and corporate communications.
• Monitor emerging design trends, AI‑powered tools and new technologies to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Media & Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional commercial design experience, preferably in a marketing department, agency or technology company.
• Strong communication, presentation and mentoring abilities with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Deep knowledge of branding, visual identity systems, typography, layout, motion graphics and print production.
