About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a Principal Software Engineer specialized in C++ to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high‑performance applications. You will guide a team of developers, ensure code quality, and drive innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications using C++.
• Lead a team of engineers through collaborative efforts and code reviews.
• Analyze business requirements and system specifications.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6‑10 years of software development experience with a focus on C++.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with multi‑threading and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with modern C++ standards (C++11 and above).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
