About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Category Associate to support operational procurement activities at the regional level. The role ensures suppliers meet performance, cost, quality, and sustainability expectations while contributing to profitable growth aligned with the CCI Vision.
Key responsibilities
- Support operational procurement activities at the regional level for the assigned category.
- Ensure suppliers meet expected performance and sustainability requirements.
- Conduct purchase requisition to purchase order (PR‑PO) processes and work directly with suppliers to meet cost, quality, and timeliness expectations.
- Follow up on the closure of created purchase orders.
- Engage in resolving invoice and payment issues with suppliers.
- Provide information to central procurement to address centrally agreed problems.
- Ensure timely execution of sourcing and PR‑PO conversion according to agreed lead‑times.
- Support sourcing event drafts and contracting needs for the category group at the regional level in line with corporate procurement strategies.
