Procurement Contract Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Contract Specialist will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities with a strong emphasis on service procurement. You will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, optimizing costs, and maintaining a reliable supplier network across multiple operational categories.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from vendor sourcing to contract execution and performance evaluation.
• Source qualified vendors for goods and services, obtain competitive quotations through RFQ processes, and conduct market research.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and service level agreements to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, procurement documentation, and reports while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee service procurement for areas such as healthcare, pantry supplies, transportation, accommodation, recruitment support, IT equipment, facility management, security, travel, and training providers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, maintain a minimum of four qualified vendors per category, and conduct due‑diligence checks.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards, resolve issues, and maintain an up‑to‑date vendor database.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including clauses on probation periods, pricing structures, payment terms, SLAs, confidentiality, and renewal.
• Ensure adherence to standardized procurement processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end procurement and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management.
• Ability to conduct market research and cost optimization.
• Familiarity with RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to compliance requirements.
