Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will lead the end‑to‑end sourcing of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, peripherals and related services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and a network of vendors in the Lahore IT market to ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for IT products and services, from requisition to delivery.
• Maintain and expand relationships with market vendors, authorized distributors and suppliers, especially in Lahore.
• Obtain competitive quotations, compare offers and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, warranties and payment terms.
• Conduct regular market surveys to track pricing trends, new technologies and emerging suppliers.
• Onboard new vendors, evaluate supplier performance and resolve procurement‑related issues.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, vendor comparison sheets, purchase summaries and market analysis documentation.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal SOPs, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting, inventory optimization and recommend process improvements for cost savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce or a related field.
• 4–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking equipment, software licensing and related services.
• Established network of IT vendors and distributors in Lahore.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of procurement policies, compliance and SOP implementation.
