Procurement Manager

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end procurement for finished goods, components and parts across its NOBL Travel and FLO Pilates brands. The role will own supplier management, strategic sourcing, cost optimisation and procurement performance visibility in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing activities for finished goods, raw materials, packaging and operational supplies, aligning with business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, supplier segmentation and onboarding initiatives to ensure supply continuity.
• Drive cost optimisation through negotiations, value engineering, MOQ optimisation and improved commercial terms.
• Establish and manage a Supplier Performance Management Program with scorecards, reviews and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain real‑time procurement dashboards covering purchase orders, production status, shipments, savings and inventory coverage.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Finance, Product Development and Operations to support inventory availability and new product launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA or professional certifications preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement, supply chain or vendor management experience in a global sourcing environment.
• Proven experience managing international supplier networks, especially in China and Asia, with strong risk and performance management.
• Demonstrated success in leading negotiations, cost‑optimization initiatives and value‑driven sourcing strategies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools for procurement analytics and dashboard development.
• Strong skills in supplier scorecards, KPI reporting and performance management frameworks.
• Expertise in purchase order management and data analysis.
