Procurement Manager – Personal Care & Beauty (PC & BW)

About the role

Unilever is seeking a Procurement Manager for Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) within its Personal Care & Beauty (PC & BW) portfolio. Based in Karachi, the role supports the PC & BW business across Pakistan, Bangladesh and Arabia, driving cost‑effective sourcing and strategic supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Align the procurement lighthouse strategy with business priorities for CM PC & BW PTAB.
• Design, implement and monitor cost‑savings programmes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver competitive buying agendas.
• Identify and launch new savings initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary procurement contact for senior stakeholders and act as the focal point for the lighthouse strategy within the business unit.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement to provide price forecasting, market trend analysis and budgeting support.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and manage inflation‑mitigation programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within a collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with an end‑to‑end business mindset.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience managing raw material, pack material and conversion cost.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional project teams.
