Procurement & Warehouse Executive

About the role

SwiftNine is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement & Warehouse Executive to manage purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The role combines hands‑on procurement experience with strong warehouse management skills to ensure smooth goods receipt and accurate stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end procurement and purchasing processes.
• Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse organization.
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare regular inventory and procurement reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ERP systems for procurement and inventory.
• Strong knowledge of GRN management and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain precise records and generate detailed reports.
