ProdOps Engineer – Multi‑Cloud Operations (Azure & AWS)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled ProdOps Engineer to own and support multi‑cloud production environments on Azure and AWS. The role bridges development, operations, finance and third‑party vendors to ensure stable, secure, scalable and cost‑effective services across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, provision and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, including VMs, storage, networking and subscriptions.
• Operate and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS) across Discovery, Demo, Dev, SIT, UAT, Stage, Pre‑Prod and Production environments.
• Manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines and access controls; create work items to track ProdOps activities.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Grafana and other observability tools; respond to incidents and support production stability.
• Enforce security best practices such as credential rotation and IAM policies.
• Coordinate third‑party integrations, subscription renewals and operational services.
• Track cloud spend, produce FinOps reports and maintain cost transparency with finance and procurement teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, inventory and environment records.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps or Production Support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Ownership mindset, strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred certifications in Azure, AWS or Kubernetes.
