Product Analyst

About the role

The Product Analyst will partner with product, live‑ops and user acquisition teams to turn game data into actionable insights. You will own end‑to‑end analytics across player behaviour, monetisation, UA performance and experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards that monitor player health, retention, engagement and churn.
• Perform cohort, funnel and segmentation analyses to surface behavioural insights and churn risks.
• Own UA performance reporting, track acquisition, conversion and ROAS, and create attribution dashboards.
• Track and report revenue across IAP products, geos and platforms; build LTV models and identify high‑value payer segments.
• Instrument live‑ops events, measure their impact on KPIs and deliver post‑event performance reports.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate experiments, ensuring statistical rigour and clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or analytics, preferably in mobile gaming or consumer apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently scope analytical questions, structure an approach and deliver clear recommendations.

Required skills

• SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions, aggregations).
• Excel or Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker or Mode.
• Mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
• Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modelling (preferred).
• A/B testing design and statistical analysis (confidence intervals, p‑values, MDE calculation).
