Product Designer – Packaging & Digital Assets

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to create packaging, point‑of‑sale materials, and digital assets that embody our brand’s focus on purity, sustainability and refinement. You will work closely with production, procurement and marketing teams to turn concepts into manufacturable designs that stand out on FMCG shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design of bottle labels, cartons and secondary packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance and production feasibility.
• Create visual assets for retail displays, shelf talkers and in‑store promotional materials to boost product visibility.
• Develop digital collateral such as social media graphics, web banners and email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to produce accurate dielines and manufacturable specifications.
• Conduct iterative research and prototype testing to improve packaging usability and shelf impact.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries for cross‑functional use.

Required profile

• Proven experience in packaging and product design for consumer packaged goods with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent visual design sense covering composition, colour, typography and imagery for shelf presence.
• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance of printables and packaging proofs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, production teams and marketing stakeholders.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Creation and preparation of dielines and vector artwork.
• Knowledge of print production processes, CMYK workflows, spot colours and material/finish options (embossing, varnish, etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates and asset libraries.
