Product Designer (UX/UI) - SaaS Customer Engagement Platform

About the role

A SaaS-based Customer Engagement Platform is looking for a Product Designer to own end-to-end design and user experience. The role focuses on simple, intuitive, world-class experiences and on turning customer insights, partner feedback and market research into actionable features and UX/UI improvements. It suits someone who takes full ownership, works independently and is comfortable using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design new product features, flows and interactions end-to-end, simplifying complex areas of the platform
• Deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma or with AI-assisted design tools, iterating on user feedback, data and research
• Capture product requirements through the Customer Success team and hold quarterly calls with top partners on retention-driving features
• Carry out international competitor research and audit the platform to remove unnecessary complexity
• Translate insights into a product pipeline of features, UX improvements and UI updates
• Use AI tools wherever possible to design, prototype and generate outputs efficiently

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or a related field
• 3+ years of product design / UX/UI experience for web or mobile platforms; leading product features or strategic design initiatives preferred
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design, UX improvements and feature thinking
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led, bootstrapped startup environment

Required skills

• Figma proficiency and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
• Understanding of design systems, usability principles and user flows
• AI tool adoption and application to design work

The role is onsite in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, with working hours 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The employer is a recruitment agency representing the client, and candidates can apply through the agency.
