Product Manager - Dermatology & Dermo-Cosmetics

About the role

Jenpharm Life Sciences is hiring a Product Manager to drive the growth of its dermatology and dermo-cosmetic product portfolio. The role combines product strategy, market research and KOL engagement within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for dermatology and skincare products.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and business growth.
• Develop content strategies and coordinate with creative and marketing agencies.
• Plan, organize and manage medical conferences, academic events and product launch campaigns.
• Identify, engage and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), especially dermatologists and healthcare experts.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and medical communities.

Required profile

• Pharm-D or a relevant educational qualification.
• Experience working with dermatologists, doctors or healthcare professionals.
• Experience in product management, medical marketing or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic planning skills.
