Product Manager – Digital Banking App

About the role

Lead the strategy, development, and performance of the Retail Digital App, ensuring a seamless, secure, and engaging banking experience that drives acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for the Retail Digital App, covering onboarding, payments, transfers, cards, deposits, financing, and servicing.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product requirements, user stories, and feature enhancements in collaboration with design, technology, risk, compliance, and CX teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of app usability, functionality, and customer engagement through analytics, feedback, and market research.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, manage the product backlog, and oversee UAT, business validation, and release coordination.
• Monitor KPIs such as active users, transaction volumes, app ratings, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations, data privacy, and Shariah principles.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital banking, mobile app product management, retail banking, fintech, or digital transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing customer‑facing digital applications, preferably mobile banking platforms.
• Familiarity with Islamic banking is an advantage.
