Product Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

The Product Manager – Digital Banking will lead the design, enhancement, and management of digital banking solutions across mobile, internet, and internal channels. You will translate business and customer needs into secure, scalable digital features while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital banking products and features throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to post‑launch optimization.
• Contribute to the digital banking roadmap aligned with the bank’s transformation strategy.
• Identify opportunities to digitise manual processes and improve customer journeys.
• Define product goals, success metrics, release plans and feature priorities.
• Gather and analyse requirements from business, operations, risk, compliance and other stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Design end‑to‑end digital customer journeys, including exception handling.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, customer‑centric experiences.
• Work closely with technology and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the product backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies and provide guidance to development teams.
• Coordinate UAT, pilot launches and production deployments.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, AML requirements and information‑security standards.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous product enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SBP regulations, AML requirements and information‑security standards.
• Proven ability to work with business, technology, operations, risk and compliance teams.
• Experience translating business needs into clear product specifications.
