Product Manager – Personal Finance & BNPL

About the role

Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a customer‑focused Product Manager to lead the Personal Finance and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) portfolio. You will shape product strategy, drive growth and ensure an excellent digital financing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, defining features, pricing and eligibility.
• Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Design and enhance digital financing journeys, collaborating with technology teams in an Agile environment.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with risk, compliance, legal, finance and marketing teams to deliver compliant, profitable solutions.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in product management, retail banking, consumer finance or fintech.
• Proven track record of launching personal finance or BNPL products and achieving portfolio growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
