Product Manager – SME Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design, development and management of innovative SME banking products. You will shape a portfolio of loans, working‑capital, trade and cash solutions that are digitally enabled, customer‑centric and compliant with risk and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a portfolio of SME banking products, focusing on digital enablement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends and opportunities for digital innovation.
• Lead end‑to‑end product development from concept to launch, incorporating automation and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure strong risk management and regulatory alignment.
• Design pricing strategies and financial models to support product viability and profitability.
• Work closely with IT, Digital, Treasury, Operations and other technology teams to drive product digitalisation and system integration.
• Partner with Distribution, Branches and Relationship Managers to execute go‑to‑market strategies across physical and digital channels.
• Provide training, tools and digital platforms to enable sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in SME product development or commercial banking product roles.
• Professional certifications in banking, product management or risk are a plus.
