Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Rise92, a platform by Creative Chaos, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and messaging. You will be the voice of the product, defining value propositions and driving adoption across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own GTM strategy for new features, launches, and community initiatives.
• Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and differentiation based on audience insights and market research.
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to identify customer pain points, use cases, and market opportunities.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, pitch decks, and promotional content.
• Lead competitive and market analysis to ensure strategic positioning.
• Partner with content, PR, and design teams to craft thought leadership and product narratives.
• Drive user acquisition and engagement campaigns across digital, community, and partner channels.
• Support event marketing, partnerships, and PR efforts tied to product milestones.
• Analyze product adoption metrics and campaign performance to optimize messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years experience in product, growth or platform marketing, preferably SaaS or tech ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, tech products, and digital GTM strategies.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth through positioning and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability to translate technical products into compelling messages.
