Professional Freelancer – Travel Services

About the role

We are looking for a Professional Freelancer to join our travel team in Karachi. The role involves managing domestic and international travel arrangements, providing visa consultation, handling air ticketing and group travel services, and coordinating hotel reservations, travel insurance, and study‑abroad programs.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange and process domestic and international flight bookings for individual and group travelers.
• Provide visa consultation and support throughout the application process.
• Manage hotel reservations, ensuring client preferences and budget constraints are met.
• Process travel insurance policies and address related client inquiries.
• Coordinate group travel logistics, including Umrah services and corporate travel plans.
• Assist with the organization of study‑abroad programs and related documentation.

Required profile

• Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes, including visa and ticketing requirements.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking tools and software.
