About the role

Riphah International University seeks a highly qualified Professor of Medical Laboratory Technology to lead academic activities, advance research, and supervise postgraduate students. The role combines teaching excellence with strategic contributions to institutional development in line with HEC and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership within the Medical Laboratory Technology department.
• Deliver high‑quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
• Supervise and mentor postgraduate research projects.
• Develop and sustain a robust research programme, targeting publications in HEC‑recognized SCOPUS journals.
• Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental growth.

Required profile

• PhD in Medical Laboratory Technology or a closely related discipline from an HEC‑recognized university.
• 10‑15 years of relevant academic and research experience.
• At least 15 peer‑reviewed publications in HEC‑recognized SCOPUS journals.
• Demonstrated record of supervising postgraduate students.
• Strong scholarly contributions and a reputation for research excellence.
