Professor of Practice – Marketing & Business

About the role

Bahria University’s E‑8 Campus is seeking a Professor of Practice in Marketing & Business to join its Faculty of Business Studies. The role combines teaching, curriculum development and industry engagement to deliver a practice‑oriented learning experience for undergraduate and graduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, workshops and seminars covering core and advanced topics in marketing and business.
• Design and update curricula to reflect current industry standards and emerging trends.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways.
• Participate in departmental research, quality‑enhancement initiatives and academic committees.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to bring real‑world case studies and guest speakers into the classroom.
• Ensure compliance with university academic policies and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• At least 16 years of formal education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing & Business from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in marketing, business development or related fields.
• Proven record of teaching, corporate leadership or subject‑matter expertise.
• Strong communication abilities and a commitment to academic excellence.
