Project Coordinator – CEO Support (Construction)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work directly with the CEO on construction initiatives. This role will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction projects, aligning them with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize projects, set targets and allocate resources.
• Lead a team of five, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and fostering a productive environment.
• Develop and track project budgets, forecasts and resource allocations to maintain cost efficiency.
• Use Microsoft Project and Excel for detailed scheduling, tracking and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants and site teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Conduct quantity estimations and support site coordination to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the CEO and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum six years of proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑level projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
