Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant (Onsite Multan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner on a new YouTube and digital media project. This role goes beyond routine administration, requiring fast execution, independent problem‑solving, and seamless management of content operations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct executive support: align with the Owner on strategy, track milestones, and turn high‑level vision into daily actions.
• Content workflow management: oversee research, shooting schedules, post‑production editing, thumbnail design, YouTube publishing, and Shorts creation.
• Team coordination: manage communication and task allocation for videographers, editors, graphic designers, and social media managers.
• Guest & talent management: handle outreach, scheduling, and logistics for channel guests and interviewees.
• Research & development: conduct ongoing research on industry trends, guest profiles, topic ideas, and digital media strategies.
• Quality assurance & follow‑up: ensure deliverables meet deadlines with high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within an established YouTube channel or professional digital media environment.
• Hands‑on understanding of end‑to‑end video production, publishing workflows, metadata, and audience growth tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Professional demeanor when interfacing with top‑tier guests, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership from start to finish and resolves production bottlenecks independently.
• Detail‑oriented, fast‑paced, and reliable execution without needing constant supervision.
