Project Management Specialist (Remote)

About the role

KraftClass is seeking a remote Project Management Specialist to serve as the operational hub for its expanding AI‑driven educational platform. You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that shape the architecture and deployment of new features, ensuring seamless delivery across engineering, design, and academic strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, build detailed timelines, and allocate resources across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating bottlenecks.
• Produce formal status reports and facilitate strategic alignment sessions with stakeholders.
• Continuously refine internal processes to improve team efficiency and project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and academic strategy cohorts to synthesize requirements and manage dependencies.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in delineating complex project scopes and managing cross‑functional resources.
• Strong analytical mindset for interpreting operational data and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with modern project‑management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Relevant academic degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
