Project Manager – B2B Sales

About the role

Ocean Paints Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead B2B paint projects across multiple construction sites in Islamabad. The role blends strong sales capabilities with hands‑on project coordination, ensuring client needs are met from initial inquiry to final execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the construction and real‑estate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present product solutions, and close high‑value deals.
• Manage paint projects from inquiry through execution, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and site personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and all project‑related documentation.
• Track sales pipelines, project status, and customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, project sales, construction, building materials, or paints.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
