About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction projects, including building and villa developments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project quality, safety, budgeting, and scheduling to meet client expectations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience managing building and villa construction projects.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings.
- Experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQs), budgeting, and project scheduling.
