Project Manager – Cross‑Functional Technology Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and results‑driven Project Manager to lead cross‑functional technology projects across retail, telecom, data, AI, ERP and CRM domains. The role involves coordinating diverse teams, managing enterprise‑level initiatives and ensuring timely, quality delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects within defined scope, timelines and budgets.
• Lead and manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee projects across multiple domains including retail solutions, telecom systems, data analytics platforms, AI automation, ERP implementation and CRM platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Track progress and ensure on‑time delivery of milestones.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare status reports and maintain transparent communication.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards, quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
• Support business analysis, solution design and implementation phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in one or more domains such as retail, telecom, data & analytics, AI, ERP or CRM.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Experience managing enterprise‑level applications and system integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or other Agile certifications) are a plus.
