About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital financial services projects, driving innovative fintech solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business Analysis.
- Coordinate integrations with banking systems, payment gateways, and financial partners.
- Track project timelines, risks, resources, and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high‑quality standards.
Required profile
- 4+ years of project management experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, or related financial technology sectors.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Figma.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
