Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms (Onsite, Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise platforms, including digital, SaaS, OTT and AI‑driven solutions for our clients in the GCC, UK and US markets. The role is based onsite in Karachi and requires end‑to‑end ownership from initiation to transition.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, Product and business stakeholders.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning and milestone tracking using Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, status reports and project documentation while managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support budget, capacity, vendor and performance tracking and communicate project health to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of project management experience in a technology organization delivering digital platforms, SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Proven experience working with GCC, UK or US clients and managing cross‑functional, multi‑team environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills.
• PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM or equivalent certification.

Required skills

• Jira and Confluence (or comparable project management tools).
• Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Cloud‑native and AI‑driven ecosystem knowledge.
