Project Manager – IT Solutions

About the role

Responsible for planning and overseeing project completion on time, within scope and budget for Zones, a global IT solutions provider. The Project Manager will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to drive improvements in speed, efficiency, cost and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding and define scope based on SOW documentation.
• Coordinate engagement of resources and subject‑matter experts across functions for project start‑up.
• Gather requirements, develop project playbooks, SOPs and Bill of Materials.
• Define, track and report measurable outcomes, inventory needs and schedule in IntelliPlan.
• Manage client communications, status meetings, deployment sign‑off and escalation handling.
• Oversee project billing, invoicing and contractual compliance (MSA, MISA, SOW).
• Control inventory levels, safety stock and forecast against project schedules.
• Deliver project closeout reporting, risk assessment and presentation to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in technology or operations.
• Leadership of multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project management software.
