Project Manager

About the role

Lumovy Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional project delivery. You will coordinate teams across development, QA, and business units to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Define project objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress and dependencies.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings (kick‑offs, status reviews, follow‑ups) and document outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and issue resolution.
• Support resource planning and optimal utilization across project tasks.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and best‑practice delivery throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus.
