Project Manager - Software Development

About the role

ibex is seeking a Project Manager to act as the bridge between clients and development teams. You will work closely with internal and external customers to translate business needs into a clear product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog, creating epics, features, and user stories for an agile development team.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and apply techniques to fill gaps in the scrum process.
• Make product‑related decisions, conduct trade‑off analysis, and ensure delivery against business commitments.
• Draft objectives, key results, and strategies, using data to guide business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during visioning and concept development, owning the product roadmap.
• Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to maximize value and align with product strategy.
• Represent the team to stakeholders, clients, and users, ensuring clear communication of product needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 7‑10 years of experience in project or product management within software development.
• Proven experience on scrum teams and deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
