Project Manager – Software & Digital Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of software and digital projects at Nitensclue’s Faisalabad office. You will be responsible for guiding projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, schedule activities and track progress across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor risks, issues and change requests, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, ensure alignment between technical teams and client requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and contribute to resource planning.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in a software development or technology environment.
• Strong expediting, inspection and logistics management abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Faisalabad and collaborate with both technical and non‑technical team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello or Asana.
• Basic understanding of Agile or similar methodologies.
