Project Manager & Upseller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager & Upseller to oversee client projects, coordinate delivery through our digital agency, and drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction.
• Handle Fiverr‑based inquiries, communicate with buyers and sellers, and oversee order processing.
• Identify potential upselling opportunities within existing accounts and propose additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress using appropriate tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a software house or digital agency.
• Hands‑on experience with Fiverr platform (buyer/seller communication, order handling, lead management).
• Proven ability to recognise and close upselling opportunities.
• Good English proficiency.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
