Project Manager – Utility Engineering Projects

About the role

DST Engineers LLC is looking for an organized, client‑focused Project Manager to lead utility engineering projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary liaison for U.S. clients, and ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage utility engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, work plans, milestones, resource plans, and deliverable trackers.
• Monitor project health, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, resources, and client satisfaction.
• Track labor hours, costs, budget utilization, earned progress, and financial performance.
• Identify delays, overruns, and constraints; create recovery and mitigation plans.
• Prepare dashboards, weekly status reports, financial summaries, risk registers, and executive updates.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, design, drafting, fielding, QA/QC, and document‑control teams.
• Lead client kickoff, progress, design review, page‑turn, and closeout meetings.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, and additional‑service requests.
• Maintain accurate meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, change logs, and project correspondence.
• Support Business Development in proposal review and handover to execution teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum two years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience with utility, power, energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Proven ability to communicate directly with U.S.‑based clients.
• Strong English speaking and written communication skills.
