Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst will provide technical leadership and support for programme monitoring, evaluation, results measurement, data management, learning and reporting within UNDP’s Rule of Law Programme in Pakistan. The role involves establishing robust systems to track progress, strengthen data quality, and ensure evidence‑based reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of M&E frameworks, indicators, baselines, targets and data‑flow systems.
• Maintain databases and data‑management systems, ensuring data quality, validation and appropriate disaggregation.
• Coordinate evaluations, assessments, surveys and research assignments.
• Produce timely, accurate and analytical programme reports, including donor and corporate reporting.
• Develop data‑visualisation tools, dashboards and analytical products for results monitoring and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Demonstrated technical leadership in monitoring, evaluation and results‑based management.
• Experience in designing and managing data collection, quality assurance and reporting processes.
• Ability to work with diverse institutional partners and promote gender‑responsive M&E.
