Project Outreach and Events Analyst

About the role

The Project Outreach and Events Analyst will provide specialised support for programme outreach, visibility, stakeholder engagement, events, documentation and knowledge‑management within UNDP’s Rule of Law Programme in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement outreach, visibility and stakeholder‑engagement activities, including an annual calendar of consultations, policy dialogues, conferences, workshops and roundtables.
• Develop and maintain outreach and events plans, ensuring they are inclusive, gender‑responsive and accessible to women and vulnerable populations.
• Identify and map relevant stakeholder groups – justice and security institutions, civil society, legal professionals, academia, media and communities – and tailor outreach approaches for each audience.
• Prepare and coordinate event‑related materials such as concept notes, agendas, invitations, talking points, briefing documents and visibility products.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with institutional counterparts, programme partners and external stakeholders to facilitate outreach and engagement.
• Document programme achievements, lessons learned and good practices, and support systematic dissemination of results.

Required profile

• Experience in planning and coordinating outreach, visibility or events for development programmes or similar contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, civil‑society organisations and international partners.
• Strong understanding of gender‑responsive and inclusive communication approaches, particularly for women and vulnerable groups.
