About the role
Join the Ethics function at PwC to help foster a culture of integrity. This trainee position supports the Business Conduct Leader in developing and implementing ethical policies and handling investigations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring innovative practices and controls across core regulatory areas focused on ethics and business conduct.
- Oversee communication and education initiatives to enhance awareness of the PwC Code of Conduct.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Act as Assistant Assessor in the annual Ethics and Business Conduct Network Standard compliance process.
- Maintain a log of ethics complaints, conduct investigations, facilitate interviews, draft reports, and support case closure.
Required profile
- Hold a degree in Law, LLB, Psychology, Philosophy, Organizational Behaviour, International Relations or Political Science.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
- Team‑oriented with a focus on ethical standards and business conduct.
